Refund policy

We hope you love your eye patches! If you need to return something, please contact us at hello@funeyepatches.com.

You can return standard products within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please contact us within 14 days and send the item back within the following 14 days.

Returned items should be clean, undamaged and not used more than necessary to check the product.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned because they are made especially for you.

This includes items with custom names, designs, photos, special sizes or other individual requests.

This does not apply if the product is faulty or was made incorrectly.

Once we receive your return, we will issue your refund according to applicable consumer law.

For eligible returns, we will refund the product price and the cost of our standard shipping option.

Extra costs for express or upgraded delivery are not refundable.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please email us at hello@funeyepatches.com with your order number and a photo of the problem.

We will help arrange a replacement or refund.

Please check the size and whether you need a left-eye or right-eye patch before ordering.

Standard products can still be returned according to the return rules above.
