Fun Eye Patches is a small business based in Lithuania.

2. Products

We make eye patches for children’s glasses. We do our best to display product colours, designs and sizes accurately, but small differences may occur due to screen settings and the handmade nature of our products.

Please check the selected size, design and left/right eye option carefully before ordering.

3. Orders

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing error, or we are unable to fulfil the order.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are shown on our website before checkout.

Any applicable taxes and delivery costs will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

5. Shipping

Available shipping methods, prices and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by postal or courier delays outside our control.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.

6. Returns & Refunds

Standard products may be returned in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Customers normally have 14 days after receiving an order to notify us that they wish to return an eligible standard product.

Personalized or genuinely custom-made products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Your statutory rights regarding faulty, damaged or incorrect products are not affected.

7. Personalized Orders

Please check all names, measurements, designs and other personalization details carefully.

We are not responsible for errors in information supplied by the customer.

Personalized products will be made according to the information provided when the order is placed.

8. Product Use

Our eye patches are designed to be worn with suitable glasses.

Children should use eye patches according to the advice of their eye-care professional where applicable.

Information provided on our website is general product information and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

9. Intellectual Property

Our website content, photographs, illustrations, designs, logo and other original material may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our permission.

11. Consumer Rights

If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved directly with us, consumers may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT) in Lithuania.
